CVM Vendor Central technology module focuses on managing supplier information and collaboration through the use of a supplier self-service portal and business process management. Automate and streamline the supplier registration process by providing current and potential suppliers with easily accessible web portal. Suppliers can manage and maintain their information on the portal on an ongoing basis. The registration process prevents duplication of supplier information at the time of registration via unique business identifiers.

CVM Vendor Central also includes the Contract Manager to help automate the contract lifecycle. Contract Manager automates contract-management processes with an easy-to-use technology. Manage your contracts more efficiently and with fewer resources while increasing operational efficiencies by eliminating manual searching and tracking of increasingly complex contracts.

CVM also provides a fax service as part of Vendor Central. Certificates can be faxed by suppliers to a CVM provided electronic fax number that is converted to a PDF document and automatically attached to the supplier’s profile.
