A request may have multiple levels of approvals from appropriate business managers and/or commodity-based teams. The system routes requests appropriately and tracks all the approvals.

A complete set of pre-designed reports provide the necessary insights into supplier management process cycle-times, volume of supplier add/change/extend requests, and workload by individuals/teams. Flexible, customizable and powerful reports provide the ability to get a comprehensive view into your supplier base. Additionally, the system provides ability to export all search results to Excel.
Integration
Real-time or batch integration with a host of standard
off-the-shelf ERP and eProcurement systems including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Baan, JD Edwards, Lawson, Ariba, Emptoris and many others.
Document Management
This provides the ability to upload any document type including w-9, insurance certificates, financials, confidentiality agreements, and diversity certificates. Additionally, the system also generates automated reminders for suppliers to update their expiring insurances and certifications.
