Quality Assurance Specialist:

Our outbound Quality Assurance call center is growing and we need skilled and dedicated candidates with a friendly customer service demeanor along with being detailed oriented. To be successful in the following position, you must be motivated, a self-starter and looking to work in a close cohesive team environment and take tremendous pride in your work.

 

Background:

This position is a significant core for our clients; the Quality Assurance Analyst will be required to make outbound business to business calls while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will research, verify, and modify client records, as well as enter data into an excel database. You will be working in a fast paced, team-oriented call center working hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a call center environment or quality assurance department.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Work within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills; technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Associates degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel) is required.


  • Senior Technical Analyst:

    Will be responsible for planning and executing projects to support CVM’s database solutions and products. This includes assessing and implementing customer requirements for each project, executing SQL scripts and other software to transform customer data and working with a team for successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

  • Design and implement standard operating procedures for data processing activities.
  • Design, write and execute SQL scripts and queries to perform extraction, translation and loading of client data.
  • Develop requirement definitions for client projects and developing module upgrades for existing software tools.
  • Interface with the Project Delivery team, to ensure client requirements are met on time and with a high degree of accuracy; works directly with customers.
  • Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and escalate to senior level managers.
  • Define and implement root cause analysis.
  • Generate and review reports for every project.
  •  

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-4 years experience with SQL Server Database.
    • Worked with a team in generating reports from data.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with Visual Basic or similar Microsoft products.
    • Supply chain industry experience desirable.

    Quality Assurance Administrator Assistant:

    Skills/Abilities Required:
    The ideal candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, be proficient in PC, e-mail and internet tools including MS Excel, possess strong organization and interpersonal skills, work well independently and with a team, be detail oriented and able to multi-task, follow through and be able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain composure. Be able to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel.

     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Position reports to the Quality Assurance and Technical Analyst teams and will be responsible for the organization and proper applications of important paper work and information throughout the office.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answers and directs all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for all filing as required by the Quality Assurance Specialists and Technical Support team.
  • Maintain all product literature received from vendors.
  • Gather information for proper updates with the company database.
  • Maintain the flow of information throughout the office.
  • Maintain the pending and in-progress jobs and job lists.
  • Responsible for making miscellaneous phone inquiries, follow up calls, internet research, etc as directed.
  • Performs other duties as may be directed.

  • Account Executive – Inside Sales:

    The Account Executive Inside Sales is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for CVM Solutions. The Account Executive will receive a base salary plus a commission for sales of the CVM Solutions Products.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Follow-up on leads as well as prospect/generate own leads.
  • Perform direct sales primarily by phone and internet demo.
  • Define and execute strategies to reach and exceed quota objectives.
  • Be able to articulate key messages appropriate for target verticals and individuals within target organizations.

    Education and Prior Work Experience:

    • 2+ years of telemarketing/lead development management experience in a enterprise software solutions company (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc)
  • Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and focus on results.
  • Strong tele-qualifying, email marketing skills as well as the ability to reach a prospects creatively, position products and handle objections.
  • Excellent phone presence and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent oral, and written communication skills.
  • Result oriented professional, who is capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process.
  • Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and consultative selling.
  • A background in procurement or supply chain is desirable but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    Regional Sales Director

    Reports To: Vice President, Sales
    Location: Continental United States

    CVM is actively seeking a senior level sales professional to join our energetic and growing Sales team. As our ideal candidate, you will possess at least 15 years of enterprise software sales experience; have a strong and consistent track record of closing mid to large size software and services opportunities; have experience selling complex business applications; and possess skills in building consensus among diverse decision makers or business units. You will represent CVM and our complete solution to key prospect accounts and customers in your assigned sales region.

    As our Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling CVM's complete offering of software and services to Global 2000 accounts in a defined, geographic sales territory or to a list of strategic global accounts throughout the United States. You will work closely with your assigned Solutions Engineer and Corporate Sales Representative (Inside Sales) to drive the team's efforts and goals. This is a fast paced and demanding environment and only a seasoned sales professional who has consistently exceeded his or her quotas will be considered for this role.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Meet all quarterly and annual quota objectives
    • Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities with Global 2000 companies within your assigned sales territory or with companies generating $1 billion in annual revenue from a named account list
    • Assist your Corporate Sales Representative (Inside Sales) in the identification, development, and ongoing management of a pipeline of opportunities toward closure
    • Drive new accounts to revenue targets
    • Work closely with your assigned Solutions Engineer to develop a clear and concise understanding of prospects' technical and business requirements and relate them to CVM's software and services offering
    • Maximize all opportunities to increase the breadth and scope of the solution within each account
    • Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships
    • Penetrate new markets calling on senior-level executives, including CxO, VP, and Director level decision makers
    • Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments
    • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction within client base
    • Drive complex sales to deal closure
    • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive positioning of CVM's solution
    • Maintain accurate information on each active account in our contact management system
    • Execute special projects, as necessary, and complete other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

     

    Experience and Skill Requirements

    • Minimum 15 years experience selling enterprise software solutions to Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 accounts required
    • Strong background working at large eProcurement, Supply Chain or ERP software solution providers such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ariba, Frictionless, etc. preferred
    • Experience selling supply chain management, ERP, or CRM solutions preferred
    • Previous supplier management software sales experience a plus
    • Ability to travel 75% of the time in the assigned territory
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Thorough understanding of a contact management system
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills and proven track record of presenting to technical and non technical audiences
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Strong probing, qualification, and opportunity development and management skills at a strategic and tactical level
    • Proven track record of selling to CPOs, CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Business Units
    • Consistent track record of building a territory, generating leads, and cold calling CxO, VP, and Director level prospects in the assigned territory
    • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise value proposition and return on investment value statement
    • Demonstrated ability to sell into an early adopter marketplace
    • Consistent track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow through skills

    Senior Developer (US and India)

    Reports To: CTO
    Location: Chicago, IL/Hyderabad, India

    CVM Solutions is seeking 4-6 talented .NET APPLICATION DEVELOPER to join development on our next generation online supplier management and spend reporting solution. If you are an experienced developer working with ASP.NET, VS.NET, VB.NET and SQL*Server, and want to build a career with a growing company, and truly make a difference, then CVM Solutions is the place for you!  If you are serious about coding in .NET, then we are the place to be.


    Essential Functions:

    • 5 years development experience of which 3 years are within web development.
    • Well versed in ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net and C# with extended skills in XML.
    • Strong experience with scripting languages such as VB Script and Java Script.
    • Good design skills and able to contribute to all phases of the development cycle.
    • Stay apprised of key technology trends in web design and development.
    • Ability to meet deadlines, self motivated and can work independently.
    • Ability to write optimized SQL Server Stored Procedures with Transactional Control.

    • Certification or equivalent experience with ASP or ASP.NET.
    • Certification or equivalent experience with SQL Server 2000.
    • Proven experience in delivering significant customer facing, dynamic, transactional web applications.
    • High competency in Microsoft development languages, specifically ASP, Visual Basic and ASP.Net.
    • Object oriented analysis and design experience using any modeling technique.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to work with all types of personalities to foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Superb communication skills, both oral and a mastery of written English.
